At Radiant Haven LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality cleaning services while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and satisfaction for all of our clients. Please review the following policies for cleaning services:

 

Commercial Businesses:

  • Commercial and Property rental cleaning services require a consultation and cannot be booked online. Please call us to schedule a consultation.

  • To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, clients are asked to be as detailed as possible in the notes section at checkout. Please include any specific instructions or areas of concern you would like our cleaners to address.

    Important:

    • All pets must be safely secured or placed in a separate area during the cleaning appointment.

    • Clear, written instructions help our team deliver the highest quality service tailored to your needs.

  • Vacuum Use Policy:

    • We do not use our own vacuums in residential homes to avoid any potential cross-contamination between homes.

    • If you book a vacuum clean, this means a vacuum is already provided at the home for our cleaners to use during the cleaning session.

  • Deep Clean Service:

    • We encourage customers to add the Deep Clean service for the first initial cleaning of your home to ensure a thorough and comprehensive cleaning.

    • After the initial deep cleaning, you can continue booking our regular residential cleaning for ongoing maintenance.

  • Add-On Service Policy:

    • You cannot book any single add-on cleaning (such as a specific room or area) without booking a regular residential cleaning first.

    • If a service is booked without a regular residential cleaning, your service will be canceled, and you will receive an information notification about the cancellation.

  • Cancellation Policy: 

    • A non-refundable $25 deposit will be charged if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. You will receive a full refund, minus the $25 deposit, to cover the inconvenience caused.

  • ​Additional Room Policy:

    • If you would like to have additional rooms cleaned that are not included in your original booking, please make sure to add the “Extra Room” service when scheduling your appointment through the website.

Plans & Pricing Policy

To ensure the highest quality of service and to maintain consistency across all scheduled cleanings, all new clients are required to book a Standard or Deep Cleaning service before enrolling in any recurring cleaning plan (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly).

This initial cleaning allows our team to bring your home up to the standard needed for ongoing maintenance. Once the initial cleaning is completed, you may then select and book the recurring cleaning plan that best suits your needs.

 

Please note:

  • Recurring plans booked without a prior standard cleaning may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Pricing listed for recurring plans assumes the home is maintained to a basic cleanliness level following the initial visit.

 Mon - Fri: 8am - 7pm

Saturday: 9am - 6pm

Sunday: Closed
